POP ART

Its my roommates niece's first birthday today and she has been going on about this birthday for the past two months..No Kidding.. She decided to celebrate by getting a nail art done with her name on it :) 

and yeah tried doing some form of POP-ART for the first time on my girl Sayedero TheFashionEngineer   would post the pictures soon. This is quite similar to what I did on Sayedero's nails.

P.S I need to learn to clean up before taking pictures.

Something new...different from the dots yeah? I would also be posting another POP ART nail design in my next post. Whenever Sayedero and I get together we always cook up a storm okay not literally but hey something new always come's up. She is fast becoming my Muse.

NEW IN: MIGI NAIL ART PENS X LA COLORS

Hello!

Good to be back on here after a while..Exams and all but hey its over now so I have time to blog and whip up some fancy nail art.

A while back I came across Migi Nail Art.

The pen tip is very thin and allows for precise and well detailed designs

On the other side is a regular brush for applying nail polish

I also got glow-in-the-dark nail pens!..

I also got Striping nail polishes from L.A colors

The thin nail polish brush allows for easy striping and other forms of designs.

Really excited about creating amazing designs from these purchases!

PINK-A-DOT

I presume its not too late to say Happy New Year!. This is my first post of the year 2013 and I'm really looking forward to my creativity growing and in turn NAILSBYABBY growing as well. I got this done for my Sister(Click here to view her blog) . I think I'm having a thing for dots now. See my last post here .

I was so excited to take pictures that I did not clean up before doing that..Permit me :)

A couple of readers have suggested I include DIY's and How-to's. Considering how busy my schedule is I can only hope I get time to do that.

ROLL A 'DICE'

This is probably the closest I'm going to get to doing a christmas mani [using red nail polish that is], maybe I would catch the Christmas bug soon time would tell. Getting this done was just so spontaneous I was just surfing the web and I stumbled upon something similar so I thought why not try it huh?.. I'm really glad with the way it turned out..Oh and yeah these are my sister's nails..you can check out her blog here

Aztec Mani!

Its been quite a while since I last posted thanks to my crazy class schedule and loads of assignments. In between I still try to get a few nails done.

I fixed my friends nails Sayedero of the TheFashionEngineer , she has been featured on here earlier . She was such a pain in the ass though but she was also very supportive and gave me loads of encouragement. Sometimes a word of encouragement could do a lot. So do not fail to say a few nice words to people around you. It could go a long way :)

Back to the nails since I do not have nail formers it took forever to file each nail into the stilleto/pointed shape which could be quite tasking though but as they say 'Repetition is the mother of skill'.

HALF MOON x CRACKLE MANI

Couple of weeks ago I got Sayedero of TheFashionEngineer nails done, I was really nervous as this was the first time I would be fixing nails that are not mine but she and my other friends were really supportive and they were with me all the way.
